ABOUT ME

Drawing on my life and work experiences in marketing, study of art in college, and early work as a graphic designer, I focus on abstract expressionist painting. I explore the processes and techniques of early abstract expressionists as well as contemporary artists.

My process includes gestural and intuitive painting techniques, drawing, layering, and mark making. I typically work on multiple paintings at once. Each of my paintings is an original work in acrylic with marker, pencil, and oil pastels.
